Dear Sir We have given payment of connection charges wide cheque no. 000283 on 4th February 2021 and till now the connection has not been provided to me. You have been enjoying the interest on deposit and harassing the customer. Your person came and inspected everything. Another person came and installed the meter etc and did not saything, said everything is perfect. Just one week before your contractor came to start the connection and said one different thing which has never been told by anybody. This person said I have to put another exhaust and cut the glass which our landlord is not allowing. We have Electric Chimney in our kitchen and one door of the kitchen is always open which opens in the living then I dont think it is required. I would request you to immediately get this installed otherwise please return my money with interest failing which I will have no option except to move to consumer forum where I will file a suit for deposit with interest along with harassment compensation also. Your cusomer care department is useless as 5 days back I spoke to them and he said he will get the needful done but nothing happened then I called person responsible for JMD cell no [protected] but he also did not give any response rather said he cant do anything. I dont think you people can do anything. I want the reply or connection or money back in 3 days failing which I am going to send the mail to Gass authorities alongwith Minister.
