Hello sir this side rakesh kumar.. Address. Eg-131 inderpuri, n. D.- 110012 I applied for 4 png connections in september 2018.. But there will be no revert of such application.. All the cheques in advance had been cleared.. Since nothing happened i started complaining to your customer care.. They gave many numbers regarding that.. They told me to directly contact to the person which may be helpful but they were not.. Your maximum time is for 3 months.. And its being 10 months there will be no reply.. I called many of the persons (Staff).. They told that they will pass on the request but nothing happened.. I talked in control room anand parbat.. Aman kumar jha (Pmc).. Many of the persons i had talked to.. But there is no response at all.. Your staff is so pathetic.. They all will not even picking up my calls.. Then whats the point that they will follow the request.. This is the last option i think of to mail to u.. Otherwise i will complaint against in consumer forum for such instance..
