Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — non cooperation with customer | |||
I have booked a new igl connection on 11th july. After lot's of calls one person came to my house and pickup the necessary documents and a cheque of rs.6000/-. After some time another person came to my house about figibility checkup and found ok. I have received the mail from your side for that my cheque in received and cleared from my account. Sir whenever i called to your customer care they hold my line about 10-12 minutes that sir, check karke batata hu. And then suddenly disconnect the line without giving any answer..
