Complaint regaring non-refunding of security deposit
I surrendered my png connection no. [protected] and deposited all the relevent documents with the customer care center located at r. K. Puram, new delhi on[protected] to mr saurabh kumar, managing one of the counters at the center personally by my husband and he assured my husband that the refund will be made in the account with a maximum period of 23 days.
But i am sorry to state that till the writing of this complaint there is no refund inspite of the assurance given to my husband on 26/07/2017 by the supervisor of the centre that the refund will be made latest by 31/07/2017. Every time center personnel are giving one or the other excuses and harassing the customers. Every time they are saying – wait for some more time. Wait, wait. How long the customers should wait – whether one should wait for years just to get back their hard earned money from the so called govt. Run organisation like igl - whereas your documents is showing time frame of 23 days to refund the security deposit to the customer on surrendering the connection.
Your customer care no.[protected] personnel are giving half hearted information/reply and not assisting the customers but only harassing the customers.
Today my husband had spoken to one mr bumbum kumar of the center at about 7.20 pm and when he requested him to connect him to the supervisor – he told him that the supervisor is busy in the meeting and cannot speak as the meeting will last may be for 2 hours.
This is the state of affairs of the organisation run by the government.
So it is my humble request to look into the matter seriously as your`s is a reputed organisation and redress customers querry/complaint on priority basis – like refunding my security depost lying with the organisation.
Moreover complaint incharge nos. 46074806, 46074811 are not picked by any one as i have tried for them so many times.
Can i hope sor some early action in the matter now?
