Applied for new connection in August 2017, meter installed about 15 october, but gas supply not started till date. On calling to customer care replied that you have asked to put it on hold. No such request has been raised from my side till date. After complaining to customer care and writing mail on 22.11.2017 I receive a mail for regret of incovenience but still till date they have not started the gas supply. Height of carelessness to handle the customers. BP no [protected].
