Sir, with reference to our complaint ref no.[protected] dated[protected], regarding not receiving my paper bills of my gas connection bp no.[protected] and ca no.[protected] since installations. This connection is registered in the name of sh. Chander shekhar seem r/o j-6/61, 2nd floor, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027. Regd. Mobile is [protected] and landline no. Is[protected]. You are not providing us paper bills since installations. What a sad state of affairs. Instead of our complaint regarding this, in which, you have promised me that i will get my paper bills within 4 working days. But no action has been taken in this regard. My request is that if i do not get my bill in paper form within 2 days i will not be able to pay you for your dues and also i will not pay any late payment charges also.
