Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Not removing debris after digging

I am Harsh Mittal, Resident of 490, Kambal Wala Bagh, New Mandi, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, 251001.
A few weeks ago, our neighbour got his pipeline installed through IGL and for that they dig multiple holes in the road but did not clean the debris after which has coused many accidents nearby as thet afre children playing in our area and they have collected debris in various areas and no one came to clean it even after complaining many times on their Customer Support by the neighbour.
I wanted a proper and fast action in this regard by IGL as soon as possible.
