IGL has been doing fraud in my billing either intentionally or internationally.
First a faulty meter was fix in our apartment which started rolling even before they supplied gas to us.
Then we got that fixed and their executive mentioned to us that we will adjust this in your bill by keeping the starting point at 6.6 units. Now the bill came, there was no adjustment. We paid it out of courtesy as it was then supposed to be fixed in the 2nd bill. Now we have the 2nd bill again without any correction.
This complaint has been formally raised and we sent an email to their customer care team in Oct. There have been hundreds of follow up since then through calls or reminder emails, but they just don't care.
