[Resolved]  Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Paid my bill but no confirmation from IGL

I have paid bills for BP nos. [protected] and [protected] due on 25/11/2016 on the 20/11/2016 through the IGL connect app through my debit card..this is the first time I used this app. I keep getting bill reminders still and there has been no confirmation message from IGL neither through SMS nor in the app but in both cases the money has been deducted from my bank account. How do I get a confirmation?

I had posted my complaint in Google play store as well where I got a reply from the app developer within 2 days asking about the details of my problem to be mailed at their mail address(mentioned in app details). And within a few hours they updated my account with the realisation and confirmation of my payment.
