Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — payment made but still showing as arrears in current bill

I am renu chauhan, r/o plot no. 141, 2nd floor, shakti khand - iii, indirapuram, ghaziabad bearing igl png connection b. P. No. [protected] at my residence. I am writing this mail to you regarding a discrepancy of payment done on my account.

In the month of february, igl representatives came at my home for disconnection and told that my bill was pending for rs.4253/-. I issued them a cheque favoring igl for the date of 9th march for the asked amount i. E. Rs.4253/-.in the month of february my savings accounts received some funds so i made a payment through e-wallet phonepe on 26th february for the same amount of rs.4253/-, the payment got processed deducted from my account and i received a successful transaction message with bbps transaction id - bd01maacp18h and phonepe transaction id - n1902261345495355232790. I did stop payment for the cheque i ssued to igl earlier as i have made an online payment.

Now i received another bill with an amount of more than rs.6000/- with arrears of rs.4253/-. I went to igl center at vaishali they told that my payments haven't been updated in the igl system.

I request you look into this matter on urgent basis and rectify it as i have to shift from my current address to another place and handover the property with all dues clear to other person.
