Dear Team,
There is some relocation charges in my billing of Oct-Nov'21 for which i have called several times to customer care but my issue not get resolved..
Initially when meter was supposed to install i have told the concern person to Install the meter at one place which was very easy to install but i have forcefully told that this can't be installed there and placed the meter in my kitchen itself which obviously captured my considerable space while later within week in all my surrounding flats meter was installed at same place which was suggested by me and I was forcefully told that same can't be done ... so why these double standard at same place ... now i have again requested to place meter at same place which was earlier suggested by me which also cost me extra in other expenses and a relocation charge also charged approx. 1150/- in my bill which i am not able to pay which i have already called & told to customer care
So requested for reversal/waiver for that extra relocation amount charged so I can make my balance payment and settle the account ...for which i have called many times for settlement ...
