I have not been given the connection to my gas stove despite the fact that pipe and meter in my kitchen was installed more than a week ago on 17 August 2022.
The customer service is of no help, gives me service request numbers for every phone call and closing the same as resolved and completed very next day without doing any work!
The local dealer who accepted the request and payment is pathetic, they are only interested in selling you the connection, and not actually commissioning it.
I have no where to go, I am exhausted after so much follow up, pray for me that someone from IGL comes to connect my stove.
