I have raised a request for the refund of security deposit through online after attaching the proper documents in the mail, but instead of sending them 40 odd mails over last 28 days i haven’t received any feedback from their end.
I also tried to reach through the customer service but 5 times they have assured me that your complaint will be resolved in 1 working day.
There customer executive do not pick the call, tell me why should the customer pay the bill on time when they have such bad customer service department.
My bp number is [protected], i have mailed them atleast 40
Times through my mail i’d ([protected]@gmail.com)
