Hi,
I had a PNG connection (BP:[protected] Meter:[protected] at my flat in New Delhi. We have filled the form with the our correct information and document was submitted accordingly. IGL meter was installed with no usage or no connection. while i raised the request, IGL team has confirmed that address and details will be updated once the first bill will be generated but still Address and Name is not correct (Showing wrong person).
I have raised the request by App and discussed with the customer care and written mail to update Address and Name. Every member of IGL team was misleading and asking for different processes, IGL team is asking now to raise the request for Ownership change. while connection was not started. it was started by me with new application. I don't understand if IGL team has by mistake installed wrong meter in my flat then why they are asking me to raise for Ownership change.
Please look into the matter and help me on the resolution.
