Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Regarding bill and customer service

I haven't received till date any bill and now they ask me pay late fees also and submit money was also not deducted not received any receipt till date for pid amount also when I haven't received my bill why i suppose to pay late fees charges and when I m complaining from last five to six month no one from igl team has help me till date no one answering or sorting out my problem. I need reply from igl
