This is regarding BP number [protected] allocated to Monika. One wrongly and over inflated bill was generated which was not paid by me. The disputed bill was being forced on me and repeatedly asked and harrassed by various means to pay wrong bill. I asked them to please rectify the bill so that I can pay as I'm regularly paying for my other two connections. Despite my plea the they overheard it and sent me legal notice. Kindly do the needful.
