I applied for a new connection on 12.11.2017 and I was issued a BP Number on 25.11.2017 but the gas is not installed yet.
I called on customer care on 29.03.2018, 06.04.2018, 02.05.2018 and 14.05.2018 but No positive response is given to me.
Now I want to know how much more time you required to install my connection or I should go to consumer courts?
