Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Regarding the high flame of the burner since installation | |||
Our bp no. Is [protected] was installed 2-3 months back and we are facing problem of high flame since day one. Earlier this burner was being used by lpg and the person who had started this connection was told about this. Due to lack of awareness we accepted this high flame. For this defect sr no. [protected] was raised (date not confirmed) and no one has visited our place. On 8 sep, 20 we received a message that your complaint has been resolved. Please do needul as we are facing problem.
