Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — relocation of pipe line

I am the resident of govt quarter no 26, sector 2, rk puram, new delhi-110022. My business partner no [protected]. On 06th feb 2019, representative of igl arrived for fitment of new connection but return back stating that pipe line is presently fitted under the slap which requires modification on or over the slab. It is requested that igl to do the needful to resolve the issues at the earliest as i am facing lot of problems in cooking.
