I am writing to raise a concern regarding the gas bill being generated for my residence, even though there has been no gas usage at my premises for quite some time.
Previously, I had registered a complaint regarding this issue, but I did not receive any message or resolution update.
Now again, the bill is showing as due on my IGL account, which is quite surprising and disappointing considering no consumption has occurred.
One of your representatives had visited my home earlier and assured me that the issue had been resolved.
However, there has been no confirmation or closure from your side, and the billing discrepancy continues.
And yes, your customer care number is hardly of any use — it never connects, and when it does, it's just a robotic voice that keeps repeating messages.
Please treat this as urgent, as I would like to avoid any penalties or unnecessary follow-ups.
