Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — require gas connection to stove from installed gas meter at my home.

My bp # [protected] and payments made on 9.12.2017, for gas connection to my home and the gas meter also installed many months back i have contacted many of related persons/officers to get gas connection from my installed meter to my kitchen stove, in my apartment all of the house owners using/enjoying gas from the pipeline. Kindly help to get the gas connection.
