I, Anil Malviya, S/o Banshi Lal Lohar, resident of House No. 94, Opposite Bank of Baroda, Ward No. 1, Vijay Nagar, Falna (Rajasthan), would like to inform you that a deep pothole has formed in front of my house due to improper filling after gas pipeline work.

Due to daily movement of vehicles, the pothole is continuously increasing in size and becoming more dangerous. Recently, due to rainfall and the possibility of further rain, the situation has become more serious and there is a high risk of an accident at any time.

Therefore, I request you to kindly take immediate action and arrange for proper repair of the road to ensure public safety.
