Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — serious complaint to about gas connection

This is serious that after many complaints noone came to start the gas connection. And no one picks up the call. My BP number is [protected]. I am going to take up this case to media and consumer forum. I applied for new connection. My meter was installed on 30th November 2019. The superviser gave me a number to call for start the gas. Since then I have CALLED HUNDRES OF TIMES TO MANY NUMBERS. Either they dont pick up the call or tell me that its not their job. I have registered complaint through customer care also. No action has been taken yet. I dont know what to do.
