Hi sir/mam,
My meter installation was done in november 2019 and the supply has not started yet. Every time i said to your employees that the pipe installation is not proper but they never checked on it. Few weeks earlier one of your employees came and installed the new meter in the building premise without even checking the supply or the pipe fittings.in this building no service has been started yet.
I have raised my concern on this issue and told your project teammates but they are not ready to listen to my problems. They are saying this will be chargeable otherwise they won't do this.
Sir if your employee has not done his work properly and i have not got any service from this why should i pay for this.
I am fed up with all those terms and conditions and even with your employees. All they are giving me false promises. Please make it clear and start the supply as soon as possible. If not please disconnect the installation. It has been 7 months completed without any result.
