Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Too much bill

My bp no is [protected] in the name of Vinod Kapoor, my bill doesn't correspond to my usage, my meter shows a reading of 216 units till date but my bill paid till date is far more. I am a senior citizen with very little income. Your help would be very much appreciated.
