Complaint made couple of times to IGL customer care department for service check and stating reason of flame colour changing from Blue to yellow and reddish in colour, and increased flow of gas from Burner, but rather than providing solution, they denied Helping and indeed ask for an upfront hundred and sixty Rupees, as service charges, and more if we've to reduce flow... before even checking out on the problem and its nature.
If they would have told that this is the temperament and attitude of this company, and if this is the way they will be looting general public money, then no one from General public would have dared to use their pathetic and costly service.
I strongly discourage such business practises and demand free services for all, for at least initial 2-3 years. After all we paid 6k as setup fees to save on money on monthly basis, and not to donate to such companies in the name of service charges...
