Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — waiver for my total unjustified bill | |||
I have complained several times but there is no response or solution to my problem.. I got new connection of igl.. My bp no is [protected].. I received a very heavy bill of rs1776-rs500 (First bill discount)=rs 1176.. Which is much much more than my consumption.. I am using igl since 9years at my old residence... Its bpno. Was [protected].. You can check that i never received bill more than rs 100 per month... On receiving bill of rs 1776... I was shocked and checked the meter... It was running without consumption.. On getting checked your executives found that there was leakage from 3points.. One was from inside the meter and the other two was from outside the meter which is totally the mistake of the person who installed it... And also the senior person who came for inspection... Why should i pay this bill when i have not consumed it... Despite atleast 25calls and emails there is no solution.. It is really disgusting that no proper response from igl's side has come also you should take the responsibility of your executive's mistake... And wave off my bill... This bill is unjustified and unacceptable for me... Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
