Despite sending email query and calling multiple times, there is no response to query. Worst customer care I have seen till now. IGL is only concerned about sending sms/email to get the payment, it does not care to respond to customer query. Taking advantage of it's power. It knows gas is must for customer, so even if it does not respond, where will customer go ? So it takes customer for granted and makes fool of customer by providing support email but not responding
