[Resolved] Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — wrong bill amount | |||
I have already paid a bill of Rs. 595.98 on 29/03/2019 but you have added Rs. 500 in my arrears when I have already paid the bill through PhonePe. My BP no. is [protected]. I have received an amount of Rs. 1821 which should be 1321 . Can you please let me know why this amount is so high. Please help to resolve my bill. You can check payment done from HDFC bank. PNG meter which is installed in my house running fast, and gives much reading in comparison I actually used. So I want to replace it.

Respected sir/madam,
I was applied the IGL connection for last one year and deposited Rs. 2500/- and they have installed pipes with all fittings and reading meters but No connection given till date. Every day I am receiving the SMS regarding submission of EMI, they are showing the BP No. [protected]. Please confirm when I will get connection.
