I have applied for PNG installation at my Flat in Greater Noida West and paid Rs. 7000/- on 27.04.2026 with BP No. [protected], despite the same, no one bothered to install the connection. I raised complaint and was given answer that within 05 days it will be acted upon but sorry to say that 05 days has also passed. I enquired the same on customer care and is given to understand that team is not working due to Bakrid and other reasons.
Customer care through email says they are not able to trace BP no. allotted to me. On the contrary when I spoke to Customer Care they say BP no. is allotted. I am astonished to see careless attitude and do not understand if the mail reply is to be considered or the one provided over phone as both have different versions.
IGL is working like a monopolistic organisation as there is no other agency in competition to it. Even their customer care is very rude in providing details and every time provide on sorry to say sir, sorry for inconvenience but in actual they do not address the grievance but merely passing on the ball here and there.
