I would like to file a grievance against non issue of domestic gas connection. I am literally frustrated now, since I applied for IGL Gas pipeline connection in August 2021 for my house hold domestic use and handed over a cancelled cheque to the Representative. However even after constantly follow ups I didn't get any proper revert from any of your executive and everyone is trying to transfer their responsibility to another person
I get only meter and pipe fitting in my home. But the supply had not been connected so for. The front side, right side, left side and rear side houses are connected to gas pipe line and using png, but only our building is left out since last so many months, without any reason. I complaint in customer care multiple time every time they say will solve soon . but not resolv till now. I can't understand where the problem is If right now I am facing so many problems when the connection is not even installed, then what will happen when I will get some problems later, as I feel gas is emergency connection? I am very much disappointed by the IGL service. Request to do the needful immediately and connect the line to main line beneath my building and start supply to my house and oblige.
