I would like to get the refund of the office chair that i received yesterday. Sorry to say that the chair is damaged. The wheels are not aligned. The shocker is not working properly. Kindly take back the chair and give the refund. I am not satisfied with the product. Sorry to say false promises are given at the time of buying the product. But when the product needs to be returned new rules are told on calling. Dealing with such dealers for online shopping averts me towards it. Many companies like flipkart and myntra have made online shopping a heavenly experience. But industry buying and another company mirraw that i dealt with last year have made it a pathetic experience.
