[Resolved] Infibeam.com — product not shipped | |||
I have buy a mobile handset GIONEE PIONEER P4 from infibeam.com on 06.05.2014. but they are not shipping my product. i have paid money through axis bank credit card( EMI option). initally they have given me the shipping date is 08.05.2014. but till that product not shipped.i have many time called on website's cutomer care but they are only telling that we will inform you the status in 24- to 48 hour . on 10.05.2014 i have got a call from them they told that your product will be shipped up to 12.05.2014. when today i called them they are telling for more 2-3 days by giving reason of stock problem. i also send many mail but no proper responce by them. my complaint is that if they do not have stock of product or there vendor does not have stock of product why they still selling the same on website. i have taken a screen shot of website showing product in stock . I made the purchase on 28-12-14 and the promised shipping date was 1-1-15, and now its been 10 days since the purchase and the product is not shipped yet. Everytime i send a mail to the infibeam customer service about this, all i get to know is their anticipation of my understanding and still no reason for the delay, they say the product is ready for shipping everytime but no shipping yet.
my purchase ID is : 14228357 and I kindly Request you to help me here.
