Infibeam — Consignment not delivered after getting payment | |||
Dear sir, I book micromax canvas juice 2 mobile on infibeam.com on 01 jun 2015, they gave me a dtdc docket no for tracking on 02 jun 2015, i try on dtdc tracking website, It was already delivered consignment number The docket no's consignment was booked on 09 may 2015 and delivered on 11 may 2015, I talked about this to infibeam customer care on 02 jun 2015, they said we wrongly update the consignment we will update this within 24 hrs, I will tried past two days regarding this no one will answered properly, consignment details are below, Order ID #[protected]Photo attached) Sub Order ID : 25319484 Tracking Code : IBGGNDLF259806E9F (Photo attached) Courier details : Dtdc_dotzot[protected]Photo attached) Also I attach the photo's of courier delivery details Please help me to get my consignment back.
