[Resolved] Infibeam — Non-Delivery of Item & Non-Refund | |||
I had ordered Philips Home theatre on 16th Apr 2015 vide order Id:24796183 with Ref No.IBDELMAH982874DCED. They had shipped the item through SAFE EXPRESS Courier vide Track Id:85512863 Dtd 17th Apr 2015. After several days, there was no response from both the parties. So i had rised a complaint on 02nd May 2015 to Infibeam customer care. They told us to wait for one week. But till now there is no response from Infibeam. Kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.
