[Resolved]  Infibeam — Offline delivery made to Online delivery without request

I had ordered Dominos Pizza vouchers worth 500rs to be gifted for my friend but instead after 15+ days they send me the vouchers to my mail. I didn't lose any money but I strongly oppose the way they functioned. Between the wait time I tried to cancel my order twice which I didn't receive any response. It feels like I paid money to receive a gift myself instead of sending to my friend. My concerns are these: 1: Do deliver to person who you are supposed to or else cancel my order and refund. 2: In my case, show some concern by asking your customer whether he/she can receive voucher in form of e-voucher. If he/she agrees then receive the delivery person's email instead of sending to us. Else make your website mention that. I still have not used the vouchers, if infibeam can cancel my order and take back my vouchers I would be glad because I don't need them now after all these delays and stupid delivery they did.

Dear Customer,

We have clearly informed on product page that no GC will be sent through courier to your address. Only e-voucher with valid coupon will be sent to email you have provided. Since email provided in order is [protected]@gmail.com vouchers have been sent on the same.

You only need to show the voucher at dominos to avail it. Request you to directly forward the voucher you have received in email to person you want to gift it to avail it.
