Infibeam Online Shopping — Foulty order not replacing | |||
I have bought a Lenovo P70 from infibeam.com on 6th may 2015 and got delivered it on 8th may 2015 in evening. On 9th May 2015 i fund that the phone Battery is not giving proper backup and headphone is not working and also one speaker which remains at downside in this model not working. I used to complaint it to them via phone call. They said please send us Images of package and phone. After 2 or 3 days they said like you need to take DOA letter from lenovo centre. That day i was at my village. So for that only i come back next day and gone to lenovo cervice centre. The bill which infibeam have provided my with package was declined by lenovo service centre. then i informed to infibeam about my bill they mailed it on next day. So finally i reached to lenovo service centre on very next day and what i heared is that they does not provides the DOA certificate after 7 days of billing. so the matter is that i was not able to get DOA certificate. Now what i scheduled a pickup from infibeam and couriered my product to them. after 2 days i received called them and asking about the status they simply rejects my complaints saying that earphone is working fine speaker is working fine and even battery is not draining quickly. Let us suppose i could make a mistake on battery issue but why would i make a fake statement about speaker and earphone on just a day old phone. Then after a huge arguements they agread to recheck it. They said my like we will send it to lenovo cervice centre and will rectify the issue. Now the main issue comes. After 4 days when i call them back, tey said like we have send it to brand(lenovo) service centre and waiting for there reply please give us 7 days time. Then i again called them after 7 days. They said like we didnt received any feedback from brand service centre please give us time for 3 more days. Then i again calle dback them after 3 days and what i hear is that they are now planning to send my product to brand service centre. SO what the hell they are doing with my phone and why are they making fake statements to me about my own phone. Seriously guys if you want to love your Money and ur purchase dont ever buy anything from infibeam. Was this information helpful? | |||
