Infibeam — Regarding the cancellation, return and redund- Customer service careless

I am writing this email regardin the order I placed through Infibeam with an order ID: 16747716. AMBRANE P[protected] mAh capacity) Power Bank, black . This product got delivered on 13th Sept 2015. I was not at home till 15th Sept 2015. When I reached home I first charged the Powerbank to get it 100% charged as it was charged only 33% and on morning 16th Sept 2015 When I charged my Phone whose battery is 2110 MAH immediately the Ambrane Power Bank battery got reduced to 33% again. Today I called Infibeam Customer Support and reached to Mr.Subal Gupta who was adamant doesn’t let me finish didn’t let me talk and immediately informing that he cannot do anything as I had to inform within 24 hours. Is it the way to speak, Is that the customer service Infibeam provide. It is the worst customer service experience ever I had. Mr.Subal was least bothered to hear my concern instead he was rushing to end the call. His behavior was totally unprofessional. Despite explaining him The battery itself takes 24 hours to charge 100% he was not ready to listen. My request to Infibeam is to please arrange the reverse pick up for this product. It is all packed with all the document and accessories came along with it. Please take this back. And if possible give some customer handeling training to Mr.Subal Gupta who is very adamant and doesn’t listen the customers which is very bad. Look at the Amazon, Flipkart customer service and where Infibeam Customer service stands. There is no comparision at all. I was stupid who placed an order through Infibeam. It was my first and last order through Infibeam. Mr.Subal might forgotten he is representing Infibeam and not working for the local shop. Infibeam I thought a Shopping brand and hence placed an Order. I never thought would get such wearied and rude response from Infibeam support after raising the concern. Kindly expedite and escalate this concern as the product you sent is not satisfying the expectations which was mentioned. It doesn’t charge the 2110 MAH phone even for 2 times what to say for 5 times. It is my request to Infibeam to ask their representative to raise there standard to speak with the customers. They are not aware to whom they speaking considering the customer listen everything. We took work in the customer facing environment where in if the customer complains us against our product we take it sportingly and do the needful. I am not talking about my company but the every brand who are customer facing will work practically without saying anything blindly. Mr.Subal Gupta need vigorous training about being courteous and helpful so as the customer may think about purchasing through Infibeam. But the way Mr.Subal spoke is not at all accepted, I for sure will not deal with the Infibeam anymore nor refer Infibeam to anyone for anything rather I may put my review and experience with infibeam to my group. If you genuinely want to assist then please be practical to understand the issue and arrange the reverse pickup. I am very disappointed with the experience received by Mr.Subal Gupta who represented Infibeam
