InFocus — Phone not received even after 2 months give to service center

I brought a mobile phone sold by snapdeal.Com named infocus m330. Serial no. [protected]/[protected]/d77glmd[protected]

After couple of months (Still under warranty) touch did not work, i have given to infocus authorised service center in bangalore at accel frontline limited in koramangala.

They said phone will be repaired in week time, it's been more than 2 months, still i did not receive my phone. Customer care says that parts are not available we will give you by next week. Same answer every time, every week.
