even i am facing the very same problem from a company named in2net in indore. Im extremely frustrated. And ive really really wasted a lot of my valuable time in this which has resulted in major academic loss. Even I wanna sue this people . Can anybody help here ?

I am sorry for your grievance of factory machines, but I am sure when you moved, you did a check for accomodatiod and noticed that LN Puram is more a market place rather than a residential area.

closing of credit card — closing of credit card

Sir,
I have received a credit card in HSBC in 2007. I have used this card for the purpose of petrol filling only one time. After that I have not used that card for any other purpose. Also, I have paid the amount within the limited time. Two months back I have cut that cards and sent the two cards to the Nodal officer at Mylapore, Chennai to close my Credit Card Account No. [protected] and Additional card which was issued in the name of my husband K. Munuswamy. Card No: [protected].

At the time of issuing the card by students they have told that after one year the card will be closed automatically. After one year nobody asked to renew the cards. Without my requisition why my cards are renewed?
Now every month a Registered post is sent by HSBC at Chennai to me to instruct to pay the balance amount or minimum amount.
If the letter comes regularly without closing my credit card account, they are forcing me to go to take leagal action.

HSBC Credit Card — closing of card

I was using HSBC credit card past 2 year. I was not recieving statement past 1 and half year but I was paid what I expensed in the card. Past 6 month I not paid any amount because of i am out of india. before go out of country I contacted cutomer care to close the card (6 month before) they told I have to pay 1, 15, 000 ( But i spent half of the money only). Yesterday HSBC bank agencied called to my office HR and asked my personal details but they not given. My HR asked me to contact a Person ([protected], Ronak sharma)who called to office.
I spoken with him. He told I have to pay 2, 08, 000. which include late payment, interest and all services charges.
I asked them to reduce some charges then I can close the account. finally he accepted for 90000 to close the account. I agreed to pay through VISA transfer to the card.
Please tell me How can i ensure if I pay 90000 the card account has been closed or not. what document I should get before paying this amount.
If possible please give any contact ID or contact no from HSBC side.

Please help me out from these.

HSBCcredit cards — closing of cards

I was having HSBC cards ..and was using it . however never took loan like I did on other cards like Citi bank,ICICI bank etc cards...I used it for some time .After few years suddenly they had asked me to pay yearly fees of Rs 2000/ which I never paid in the beginning or before. I asked to close the card as I was having other free cards giving me good service like citi bank,ICICI bank HDFC bank etc..they ask me to pay 100 rs as closing charge and said the card is closed .their executive came and collected the fee . card as usual was destroyed and droped to the drop box.

After few months their collection centre started to ring me up and pay the charges of fees and interest and said they are not inform about the card closure..Despite repeated requests to them still they say our division has not been informed.
the complained and grievances still pending..

My phone line[protected] has been dead for 4 days now. I have gone to Mogappair West office to register in the complaint book. Please do the needful to restore the line. I use broadband connection a lot as a part of my work.

Aravind, Infy is full of . People like Suresh Adiga ([protected]@infosys.com) have screwed Infosys like a ###. They have demonstarted favoratism and nepotism.
These managers like Suresh Adiga give Onsite, Promotions and Awards as if Infy is their property.
They should be nailed in the butt!
Anyways, you should be now really happy after quitting Infosys.

Hi Sir,

I have applied for passport on 27-Feb-2008. With number W100565 at Hyderabad Passport Office. Till date, i havent received the passport.

All the grievances to them have had no affect...except that it has added to my frustration and now, am very tensed and worried as the organization that i currently work wants me to have the passport.

I had activated the service - SLOKE and DAILY PRAYER, so i m getting SMS daily from 5432101 and call from [protected], It's not a airtel service, I called the customer care exe. many times they are unable to find the service and could not stop it,
Plzzzzzzzzzzzz stop this service, It cuts 2 Rs daily for 2 messages.

They give training in one technology, and put you for work in another. They call it 'you will gain experience'.

They are bloody conservatives who have gained the expertise to exploit people. These people are wolves in sheep's clothing. They tell you all good things about themselves to freshers and to the media, but there is nothing out there for the employee's benefit. Your career would solely depend on the mercy of the brainless person who becomes your manager. If you are a fresher or working in wipro, tcs or hcl, I have just one word - beware, dont become meat to these wolves. Even if you are in there going onsite or making huge money, you will reach a day when you'll feel- Its not worth working for this company..or should i say...its not worth working for these people because one day they are going to ditch you out.

However, I have great respect for its founders NRN, Nandan and others (but not that dadiwala Mohandas pai who is imposing tie rules) who built an empire in 1 generation. There are awesome buildings and facilities are world class. But ultimately what matters is how your work-day goes. These useless HR policies and some mud-headed managers could make your life miserable. They are blood-suckers who would eat you from inside... In short, its not about money and people. Its ONLY about money, even if it means exploiting people.

Sorry guys. I might sound like a morose pessimist who is out there to crib. Some of you would already be up against me with your idiotic opposing views - but the truth remains...

Lets accept the fact that if and when you are vulnerable people will exploit you, and the IT field is such that most people joining there are vulnerable for the first few years in service.Introspect and ask yourself-how much do you really know about computers and software when you are a fresher working in these IT services companies?I would say they are doing a Great service by giving you a platform to develop your skills and abilities.Ofcourse they exploit you, the magnitude of which depends on the project you are in and your manager.Most of your collegues working there are super-nerds who must thank Infosys, TCS and the likes atleast they got one job.Many Managers are pathetic, most do not remember coding at all.These are hard facts.If you are talented, and most important, smart enough, develop your skills and technical knowledge.If you have guts and dare to stick around for 8-10 years, you can reach a position when you will be sought after.Thats pretty much fair I think, in the long run, compared to 'traditional' jobs where people would take years to get promoted and there was dirty, unfare politics.Atleast One thing is guarrenteed here, if you are capable your demand will sky rocket after few years.
I do accept that In the initial few years, it becomes very painful at times to work with .Never idolize a company, idolize your work.Be clear and try to work and gain expertise in some technology.Well, . be ready with plans to escape, which includes switching jobs in extreme cases, if you think you are being treated unfairly.Most IT Services companies are equally Good or Bad.Your luck-depends solely on the managers you are working under.Also, remember, who said that the life of a software engineer is always fair?

I worked in Infosys as well as in many other MNC's like GE, SAPlabs etc. This is a pretty recession time.It is not govt. offices where govt. prints and disburses money. In private you need to bill and convert it into cash to pay your salaries. See the stats-last year IT budgets down by 40%. This year again 30% reduction in what is left-honeymoon is over, it has suddenly become a "divorce"period with many fortune 500 clients-as bills are turning out into bad debts. You are into Knowledge /Service Industry your flexibility in terms of technology is the least expected thing you should have- Give away your inertia to learn new things- Talk to your managers-never get upset- be optimists-be open-explore alternatives. I was into technical and then into PM at infy when recession hit-I took a choice to quit-I am from MS .net stream. I got MOSS 2007 certified and host of other MS certifications. Now I am a solution architect with 125% more take home. Don't go after pleasure or keep you at your comfort levels, keep doing what is right-Give up your Inertia, maintain calmness-You can still do great things in IT...

This place is a hole. this hole was dug by 7 master minds who slowly are covering the hole with descent people and themselves are coming out one by one. Already 4 are out of it. Once all go out, they would cover up the hole and escape. Real corrupt minds.

Infosys pays less than average standards they have more than about 30-40 PERCENT variable salary...so your in-hand salary is ATLTEST 10-15 PERCENT LESS THAN ON PAPER SALARY.which you get to know after joining it. Again this variable is split among ur performance/unit perfromance/company performance.Indiviavidual perf is around 5%. If the company/unit doesn't perform well u will get less salary

Even u perform exceptionaly in ur project they link your appraisal with training/certification and other stuff only to pay less for the employee.

i would also like to share my expereince here .Never got a chance to work with infy so not sure about work culture and all but some days back were there for a interview and had very bacd experience .after been there for 7 hrs, finshed all rounds of interview .They asked to wait for 2 week to get offer letter .aftr two week got a mail that they dont have suitable opening for me .what is this .After clearing all round and decided on salry part, it seems they dont have suitable opening for me .

Yes now a days no one want to join Infosys because now they are not hiring employees but they want slaves to work which has made Infosys a pathetic place to work. I am too infy victim but just for 5 months. Worst company ever!!! Dont even want to cross a road that leads to their building.
Before I can say anything more, was not on bench but at so called prestigious project & Client.

I used to call it as "Sophisticated Government Office..". No work...just billing heads they want. I still salute their top management how can they manage to bill large MNC clients for almost two years, that too with 60 people, 5 managers on floor, while actually 3 freshers were working all the time.
Thought I might be I am at wrong place but it was the same scene almost at every department, Floor, Project since many new joiners from my induction day had same thoughts.

I tried to teach lot of things I learned in past to those freshers ...they were so happy...!!! When I take on the experienced on the floor about asking them to guide...there answers were shocking ..."No one has guided us so how can we guide them..& why are you so serious...Take breaks, Join dance classes, ...spend time in Jim...bla...bla...bla..."
When I took this concern with managers, their reply was "Its Infosys...things are like this only..."

People spend hours in cafeteria with 3-4 breaks, Floors are empty...When they are at their desks, They spend time on funny bulletin board..."
I noticed these people used to be good, ambitious in their academics. But now they happily accept the truth that Infy has turned them into useless billing head counts.
I accept that they are giving jobs & reducing unemployment but they are ruining emerging talent coming out of fresh graduates & engineers. Average person having one year experience with small scale companies after struggle is 100 times better than 5 yrs useless on paper experienced employee of any of the BIG-4 .

During my tenure at Infy, my close friends were victim of my frustration & anger (they sent me there because of brand name)...
My wife was 100% sure of the day I put my resign, since that was the only day I came home smiling...
Tragedy ended with a big smile...

Infosys — Pathetic Service at Aundh Branch

Dear Sir,

I went to the BOM Aundh Branch on 12.04.2010 for submitting SCSS04 form. Lady Staff on the form collection counter was reluctant, she have asked me to get birth date of a person(nominee) who is 30 years old which is not written anywhere in the bank law books. People who does not want to work can make/give any excuses. i have asked that lady that please check my form and let me know what all details do i need so my client's form will be submitted but she refused and said you first get birth date of nominee and then i can see your form.

Today (13.04.2010) again i went to the bank with birth date of nominee who is 30 years old (Birth proof is required only for MINOR), then that lady told me that your applicants signature doesnt match with bank records. and asked me that i need to get another cheque.

Daily these people will ask me one query and this service is really pathetic. People are not ready to attend there customers.

Senior lady officer told me that lady who was on the form collection counter is new to this SCSS04. If it is the case then lady on the counter could have diverted me to her boss yesterday itself. isnt it? time could have been saved for all the 3 people.(Boss,Lady on the counter, Me)

These people have to teach how to talk to customers and how to attend/solve there queries rather than creating mess.

I will appreciate if bank can take some action against this.
