1. My IDFC Tranche 2 Bond maturity date was on 21st Feb 2021.
I have also received mail from IDFC First Bank regarding the same.
2. In January 2021 I had sent e-mail to einward.ris and [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com regarding correction in my address and also to include my bank details. I sent all details in the prescribed format and also included document proof.
3. It took me 3 days to send the mail as kfintech inbox was full and my mails kept bouncing back.
4. After 4 days my mail went through and i was informed that my documents have been received and that I will received communication
5. After 10 days i receive mail to confirm my details. I noticed that despite clearly correcting my address and also sharing proofs, again my address was wrongly recorded. However my bank details was recorded correctly.
6. When i sent mail to confirm that the bank detail is ok but the address continues to be incorrect, I receive a mail that the last date for address change is over so my redemption will either be sent through NEFT Bank transfer or will be posted to my address.
7. I requested for bank transfer since Kfintech refused to correct my address despite several reminders and repeatedly records my incorrect address.
8. On 12th February, I received a letter stating that my redemption will be transferred on 21st February.
9. Since then I have been sending 3 mails daily to Kfintech. I have been trying their toll free number since the past 4 days and they seem to be busy from 9am -6 pm.
10. All mails are responded through computer generated autoresponse and make no sense

As you are aware, the Tranche-2 of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds are due for maturity on 21-Feb-21. As informed in our communication dated 07-Jan-21, the maturity proceeds will be processed as per our records.
