My wife and I had bought an Infrastructure Long Term Infrastructure Bond – Tranche I with Folio number IDA0411879. (Suchitra S Kumar and Sujit Kumar)
After maturity we received cheque for Rs. 39647/- favoring our IDBI Savings account. This was during the lockdown of 2020. Since our IDBI account had been closed long before that, we submitted a letter (Copy available) enclosing the cheque to your BKC IDFC with the request to reissue the cheque, or make electronic transfer to the new account number. W enclosed a cancelled cheque for the verification of the new account number. (Bank of Maharashtra, King’s Circle branch – my wife’s salary account
We got no response.
Then we started corresponding with einward.[protected]@kfintech.com and [protected]@idfcbank.com . After several emails (from my wife’s id: [protected]@gmail.com) we received the reply no. Ref: SIM/STAT/IDFA/198117/11968563 Dt.: 14/04/2021, stating that the said amount was credited with transaction ID UTR: IDFBH[protected]. We were asked to check the Bank statement for February 2021. The credit does not reflect in the account.
We registered a grievance ( ID1057370) on the website (Screenshot available) and asked for the details of the account to which the amount was credited. In reply (please refer to the screenshot) we were referred back to the same email (Ref: SIM/STAT/IDFA/198117/11968563 Dt.: 14/04/2021).
Our several request to furnish us with the details of the bank account to which they credited the amount after that are met with either staunch silence or they repeat the same reply.
After that I started corresponding from my email id [protected]@gmail.com but kept getting the same reply. They refuse to provide the bank details. Nor do they credit the redemption amount to the authorized account.
