Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] — non receipt of physical bond / harassing for the requirement of proof again

Dear ig-infra,

I fail to understand why i need to submit the documents again for sending the bond to the same address.
Also my pan / address proof / bank details are same and if so why i need to provide the same again and again for a simple courier to be send again.
Also you need to note that i never received the same bond to the address as i am residing the same house then and now.
This requirements are nothing but simple harassing the investor else avoiding the release of bond.
