Sir Jaihind. Reference FOLIO NO IDE0130981. I am in possession of 04xINFRA BONDS TRANCHE 2/2012 of Rs 5000/- each which were due for REDEMPTION payment in Mar 2022. All the required documents as asked for have already been sent. Apart from that 4-5 emails have been sent but only a templated reply is sent instead of making PAYMENT. Why and where is the delay? Will I get interest for the delayed period?. Is it not unnecessary harrasment to the customer. Deos SEBI allows it. I am highly disappointed sir. Kindly get the needful done at the earliest.
