we placed an order of Kepler Tripod Floor Lamp (Natural Linen Conical Shade) with Ingrid.com on the 20th sept . We paid by sbi Net banking. so its a prepaid order. They were supposed to ship it in 7 days but we still havent recieved the order. i called them several times but no one is answering the phone. They should deliver the product or refund the money.
Kindly help!

Updated by goel.minal We got a call after submitting this complaint. the man said he is calling from the payment gateway and i should give him my credit card details so that they can refund the amount. They charged us 19500/- more on our credit card. we are very worried. please see.
