Dear INOX Customer Care Team,
I am writing to report an unpleasant experience at INOX Cinemas on [date] at [INOX location].
I had come to watch a scheduled movie show and was holding a valid ticket. However, the INOX staff refused to allow me inside the auditorium, stating that I was the only audience member and the theatre was empty.
I would like to clarify that there is no legal or government rule which states that a movie show cannot be played for a single viewer. If the show was officially scheduled and tickets were sold, denying entry without prior cancellation or notification is unfair and against consumer rights.
If INOX has any internal policy regarding a minimum audience, the same should be clearly communicated in advance. This incident caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment.
