I would like to lodge a formal complaint against INOX Theatre located at Metro Mall, Kalyan West, for providing extremely poor and uncomfortable seating facilities to customers.
I recently visited this INOX theatre to watch a movie, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the theatre. Most of the chairs were broken, damaged, and not properly maintained. The seats were highly uncomfortable, and it was impossible to sit comfortably throughout the movie. Due to the broken seats, I experienced back pain and physical discomfort, which completely spoiled my movie experience.
Despite charging full ticket prices, the theatre has failed to provide even basic seating comfort. Such negligence not only causes inconvenience but also affects the health and well-being of customers. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and is unfair to consumers.
I request the Honorable Consumer Forum to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against INOX Theatre. I also request refund/compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused, and necessary directions to the theatre management to immediately repair or replace the broken chairs to ensure customer safety and comfort in the future.
