Hi I have watched movie in Inox : sattva necklace mall, kavadiguda (screen 1 ) on 5/6/22. I have purchased nachos combo for 500 rupees .. I was not provided the bill.. I have requested them to provide the bill.. they said they will send me the soft copy.. after 2 hrs I have went and spoke with the manager that I still didn't received the bill... He informed me that he will send me the bill yet I didnt received the bill... I have observed many of the customers are not getting the bill. They delayed the mve by 40 mins and in the middle of the mve, the mve got stucked and they said that it will take 50 mins to recover ...such a idiotic theatre should have know the things should be correct sattva mall inox theater and we have booked the ticket in screen 3 and they shifted to the screen 5 such a lame and staff is not mainting properly
