Today I visited INOX GT central Jaipur booked 2 tickets and went to enjoy movie Suryavanshi . Excellent Multiplex but Employees are pathetic is hospitality . Instance as follows We ordered for Rs650 combo which includes 2 pepsi 2 popcorn and 2 samosa . On the billing screen I saw some coupun applied by the person named Yatendra who was taking order mentioning combo rate as 620 and plus 30 Cadbury ... Than I asked for the bill . He said please share your no. I did and he said you will recieve the message after movies end I said why it so ... I asked for the bill again he said for 2 mins ...one more customer ordered for the same combo and he gave me the bill on my mobile instant ... Also we asked for paper napkin to the staff atleast for the 10 times and than person named Gajendra gave us the paper napkin as gave us a look as if we have demand for a discount. He made us waited for there for 5 mins just for a piece of paper . Futher Add to it ...we have demand for cheese popcorn ... He gave us one cheese and one salted popcorn we have to know after reaching to our seats ... And than again we wen to the outlet to get the same changed . Trust me guys service makes the multiplex experience good and you guys re charging for combo actually high which is pure buisness point taken but atleast if customer is ready to pay for it atleast serve and treat them nicely Please spend some budget on Employees training as well.
