[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — payments made on 28th july did not receive ticket money not refunded | |||||
Dear sir, I had tried to book a ticket on 28th july through citrus but failed. Two amounts of rs.332.00 (I. E. Rs.664.00) were deducted from my credit card in the evening on the same date. But due to unknown causes, the transactions failed. Citrus promised me to return the amount within four (4) days but hasn't done so yet. Please let me know when i will get the return.
